So, I am driving home this afternoon and I see this guy that is standing by himself doing all this shit with a whip and pacing. I automatically (like a reflex) pull over and grab my camera. Trying to contain myself from pissing my pants laughing, and asking myself if this is really happening, I start snapping pics. This pic is obviously not of the best quality, but atleast it's a true "spotted" picture. I went to take a second pic and he started looking at me. I couldn't take the second one fast enough, and thought he was going to come over and whip me. This guy is fucked!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not really up for defending this guy... but perhaps he's an actor, the building he is near is some kind of housing to a stage of sorts... and he's learning how to properly use his stage whip in an area where he can't hurt anyone.
