My automotive shop got shut down because of the flood and mold.
Looking to relocate and trying to find at least a place that can hold 3 hoists.

I havent been by lately but I seem to recall that there was space available around the Edm Trail / 32nd Ave NE (greenfield industrial) area...

Your best bet would be to contact a broker that specializes in industrial...

I know there are a few automotive shops currently on the market.

If you would like a broker recommendation send me a pm.

Mr.Volvo's south location was up for sale for the longest time last year. It's off the market now, not sure if it's because they couldn't find a buyer, or they decided to keep utilizing it, but I never see any movement there, and the gates always locked.

The old radiator shop on 17th ave SE is for lease.....yes Forest Lawn, but nice shop and high traffic area.

And the old ZR Auto Shop by Co-op is empty I think but haven't seen leasing sign I think.
