2010-2011 Xc60

How does one calculate a reasonable price on a 2010-2011 XC60 T6 in the Alberta market? Looking at blackbook / vmr values puts it at 28-29k for average mileage.

I can find these cars in ON/BC for that price no problem, but in Alberta dealers won't budget a cent below 32..

Anyone have any experience with buying one of these lately?

I'm considering looking at used ones as well, but if you want a certified pre-owned with a 7 year warranty extending, you're stuck buying through Valentine.

I've seen the non-t6's (3.2 slow) but low km on lease returns from the low to mid 20's, which considering the safety and quality, I think is not bad value
