i have a question?
does anybody know if there is a difference between 89 civic interior and 91'?
let me know, and are there any other "Major" diff's?

depends on what model. the 88-89 dx's have vinyl/cloth seats, while 90-91 have full cloth. 89 civic si have different pattern on the seats than the 90-91 si's. also, it seems as though the padding and fabric are better as they hold up alot better than the 89 seats. there are also small differences such as the hazard switch being on top of the steering column as opposed to being under the cluster on the 90-91's. the gauge cluster itself is different, the 89 gauges are smaller and have a squared hood, the 90-91 have larger gauges and rounded hood. the steering wheel is different on the si's, the 89 being a bit smaller center and imho better looking than the 90-91's. i think i've ran out of differences.

pretty much everything can swap over i believe but the wiring on the cluster(from 88-89 to 90-91) if you want swap needs to be modified, and the hood added.

also, this probably doesn't apply to you, but the 88 seats are NOT interchangable with the later years as they mount flat to the floor for all 4 bolts.
