Logo Designers?

I've been supporting a Cambodian family for the last number of years and they've recently opened a hostel called the Urban Jungle.

I am hoping to help them establish a website and get their marketing going and was wondering if anyone could recommend a site where I could get logos designed. I seem to recall seeing sites where you could set a price and people would submit designs with the chosen design getting the money for the files or something? Anyone know what I'm talking about?

I've used 99designs and designcrowd. I was happy with the result of both. Pricing structure is different on both so take a look and see what works for you.
