Well Albuquerque is back on the spotlight for another questionable shooting, homeless man is capture calmly telling them there is no need for violence, and begged them to please not shoot, pretty damn sad.

Protesters tear gassed (http://rt.com/usa/albuquerque-police-tear-gas-269/)

Freeman on the land... Wait a second, the US is supposed to be free?

Probably forgot to pay the park fees and/or camping tenting fees.

Seriously though, it does kind of look like he was trying to protect his nuts when the dog jumped at him. The natural reaction to a dog attack is to cover the abdomen and penis.

Which the officers probably mistook for an agressive action?

The right to bear arms in the US means a butterknife against four automatic weaponry with body armor and one attack dog?

Would I naturally pull a protective weapon such as a knife on an attack dog going after my jewels? Probably. Would I have pulled a weapon if I had protective body armor? Maybe not.

So exactly why is not having a body armor permit a $10,000 fine or six months in jail an offense in Alberta again?

Should the APD have used the bean bags BEFORE lethal rounds....yes.

However, if you dont want to get shot, you put down your weapons and comply.
