Bought this sand rail as a project to finish off but the prospect of moving is cutting it short.
Vw sand rail that has never been run, new shocks all the way around, freshly rebuilt Vw beetle 4 speed manual transmission. Pretty much everything needed to complete it is included, lots of cables, rods, spare drums, switches, lights.
2 offroad seats with 4 point harnesses.
Needs: brake lines run, throttle and clutch cables installed, wiring installed.
Comes with a 1200cc single port type 1 Vw engine in pieces that needs a head as I found a broken valve seat during disassembly. unknown KM but cylinder walls still have visible cross hatching, so a rebuild was likely done at some point.
Have all the parts minus exhaust and some tin.
Comes with a full gasket kit to rebuild and seal the 1200cc if wanted or toss in another motor of your choice.
Will need a trailer to transport as I cannot deliver, if you have any questions feel free to ask.
Asking $1600 obo or trades towards a vehicle +- cash possibly. Looking for a 1999+ chev gmc 1500 extended cab v8 2wd or 4wd, ranger, jeep Cherokee, s10 ( autos only)
