Looking to hire a Shop Hand.

We're a start up downhole tool company that specializes in flow tools for the drilling industry.


Job Description:

• General facility up-keep, maintenance and organization
• General maintenance of shop tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Drivers licence for deliveries and pick ups.
• Loads or unloads trucks picking up or delivering supplies
• Heavy lifting
• General assembly work that may require operating automated machinery and various power/hand tools
• Inspects all assembly parts and reports defective material or questionable component conditions to management
• May be required to cut, paint, and/or grind various raw building materials
• Assist with special projects and cover for multiple positions when staffing levels are low/production or operating demands are accelerated
• Observe and follow all company safety rules and policies


This office is also a relaxed atmosphere. We all help to get the job done and we are very accommodating.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour and there is a lot of room for promotion.

I would trade my current job for this in a heartbeat. I miss doing that sort of stuff. Its definitely the right environment for someone with motivation and a willingness to learn to get their hands dirty and get exposed to a lot of different elements of the service side of the industry.
