Just wondering if anyone knew a service that will come pick up my bottles and return them for me. Its not that I am to lazy its that I don't want to put a bunch of smelly bottles and cans in my car.

There has to be a service that comes picks up and mails you a cheque for say 50% of the amount.

Let me know.

Kids soccer teams or whatever that come around in the spring/summer are perfect for this! Money goes to a good cause, don't care for 50% of the bottle returns...

If my wife talks to you anymore I will need those bottles.

If you don't care about the money can't you just put them in your blue bin on a weekly basis?

And encourage those bottle scavengers? I'd rather bag them and put It in the trash bin myself.

Most Scout troops offer a pickup service.
Find one in your area.

I don't think you'll get 50% of the profit with this guy. But that's just a hunch I have.

If you would like to donate your bottles
to Queensland Scouting, please call or text our bottle hotline at 403-606-9717 and a
volunteer will arrange to pickup your donations. Thank you for supporting local youth!

I always toss my bottles into the Blue Box, no wonder I don't have a Lambo. Can I get a 2042 Lambo in the colour of a Blue Box? It's gonna take a while to get the bottle savings together. Hoping the liver holds out long enough to enjoy the car.

He goes around restaurants doing this. Counted on site, and pay you on spot.

Lol not random kijiji. He delivers food supplies to restaurants, so after his regular work he goes around at night using the van, not sure who's van; unmarked white cube van. (whether using employers van/gas, or maybe his a delivery subcontractor writing off gas/mileage expense).

If the sole concern is not wanting a smell in your car, why not just double or triple seal them in garbage bags, or in a large Rubbermaid container(s)? That's what I have done, there is zero mess or smell ever.

Just give them to the Butler and Maid as a montly bonus. :bigpimp:

I doubt smell in car is the biggest problem. I can't see Jordan lining up in his baller suit with the hobos downtown to return bottles for a few bucks. But hey, if someone can prove me wrong, $100 to anyone that gets a picture of Jordan sorting and returning bottles at a depot lol!

I always do, there is virtually no smell anyway (especially important to wash out milk containers!). I'm more worried about something dripping onto my car that I may have missed.

I haven't been to the bottle depot in years since the blue bins, however when I did go, I didn't have issues at all with smells or spills. I simply can't be bothered anymore, so I love that my building finally got blue bins.

Jordan had to know we would run this topic until it was well past a "best of" date. It was fun, all in good nature of course. Last one...

A solution and holds a couple of bins worth of glasscancash?
