Heres a quick shout out for Jordan.

Me and my gf have been looking for a place to move to inner city for a year and a half. Prior to February, we did not use a realtor and I was left to book showings with individual realtors. This was very time consuming and painful.

Fast forward to February we met with Jordan and gave him our criteria for inner city homes. He showed us a total of 20 homes and was not pushy at all.

Finally we managed purchase our dream home at lot value with the house in great condition. Upon waiver of conditions, the hot water tank needed to be replaced and Jordan offered to pay $500 to compensate for the hot water tank.

When he listed our house he provided a detailed market analysis of our area. Also provided information and pamphlets that he uses. He also educated us on staging on what we needed to do to have a house showing ready.

On the first day of listing we had a viewing with immediately after had an offer come in. On the second day a second offer came in at less than $5000 before list price. After much consideration me and Jordan came to a conclusion to let the offer go because the house hadn't been on the market for the weekend yet.

Fast forward to the Monday after the weekend. We finally had conditionally sold the house for $3000 below list. Today the conditions were waived.

I just want to thank Jordan and would recommend him to anyone along with Tim Lacroix, a mortgage broker that Jordan works closely with, he had gotten my mortgage done within 3 days. I wish I had used Jordan to purchase my house a year an half ago as opposed to 3 months ago
