free apps that have photosbop type capabilities

I'm looking for a free app for my phone that can change certain objects different colors, I just don't want to download a whole bunch to see which one, if any have these capabilities.

If you have a nexus phone, the new camera app does that.

Photoshop Express
Snapspeed

These are all available on android, not sure about iOS if you're using an iPhone.

Ya neither of those let me change colors on specific parts of the pic.

Hmm, yeah it looks like it may only selectively change brightness/contrast/saturation.

Does it need to be in-phone? If not you could do it on a computer in 30 seconds and just send it to your phone.
