Where to buy a 3M Stripe off wheel locally?

Hey does anyone know where I can find a 3M stripe off wheel? These are used to remove left over glue and adhesive.

Napa sells them as well. Maybe not the 3m one specifically.

I got my last 3M one at either the CMAX NAPA store by NE Hooters, or the SE Foothills Industrial Park NAPA.
