Not sure if this helps your situation - but there's like 3 camera's at that intersection for news station networks specifically I believe... not sure if that's something you can get access to..

How soon after the accident did the witnesses leave?

Did you have a chance to speak with any of the witnesses?

yes we did speak to the witnesses, I think they left soon after the fire dept and paramedics arrived. They were in agreement with what we saw, that the other driver ran the red left hand turn signal..seemed a no brainer at the time. Was more concerned with getting out of the vehicle and onto the side of the road, and staying warm (in shock)..at the time needing a witness wasnt first and foremost in my mind. Tough lesson to learn
