Nissan posted the above picture on their instagram account teasing the arrival of the upcoming Frontier, or at least that’s what it looks like. If it is a new Frontier, it doesn’t look like there is going to be a huge redesign. The signature v-motion grill is still front and center and the headlights have received a set of updated LED daytime running lights. Some of the changes that Frontier fans are longing for are what is powering the new Frontier, but we’ll have to wait until June 11th as that is when Nissan says the new truck will be arriving.

I'm sure it'll be the cummins diesel for an extra $8g.

Whatever they do with the Colorado and Canyon coming out as brand new models Nissan needs a solid refresh in order to stay competitive. These truck were rock solid before but they are also in dire need of an update.

glad I did not hold out on that one...

though this should help "but a seven-speed automatic unit that Nissan promises noticeably improves gas mileage and performance is available as an option."

Definitely a Frontier. You can tell by the horrible roof rack.

That wasn't worth the wait. It looks smaller inside but it could just be the pics and the roundness of everything.

but in other markets the pickup can be powered by a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder diesel engine

Quite literally ALL over the world except here, just shove a common-rail TD in it and people will go nuts imo.
