I have two 10" PG XS subs...I have a crappy Jensen 500 watt amp powering them, but I dont like the idea of underpower...should i get another jensen amp for the other sub? or get 1 nice amp for the both of them?

You should take that Jensen POS, throw it off a cliff and get a decent amp to power your PG's. Perhaps a PG amp??

No kidding. Get rid of that Jensen piece of shit and get a quality amp. Especially since you have decent subs like the PG. Besides, Jensen tends to overrate their subs, so it's highly unlikely that you're really getting anywhere near 500 watts.

Jenson amps are crap, they are way overrated for what the put out, just like audiovox, pyramid and all the NN brands.
You may pay quite a bit more but al least it will pound better.

Get a PG or a mono alpine, those are good too.

subs are good subs... amp is... ahhhhh... not the quality of amp I'd use to run PG subs...

I'd run rockford with Jensen amps but that's besides the point

are they SVC or DVC subs?

either way, my opinion would be take a look into Zapco, JBL power series, Concept Audio, or Planet Audio...

they are all awesome amps and will do your PG woofers justice

now you need to figure out how much power you need :)

I have a Kenwood KAC 719 (I think) that I am trying to get rid of for a buddy...

I think he only wants 150 for it or so... while it's not the greatest thing since sliced bread... it is god compared to Jensen

good cosmetic condition and would thump those subs pretty good
