Anyone know any 3m guy that comes to your place to do the work? Need some minor 3m work on the front bumper

It's for a 2011 touareg front bumper but not the entire bumper actually. 1/3 of it more like? This bodyshop gave me a number for a guy named morrison but he never picks his phone up or calls back...

Anyone know where I might be able to just get a small piece? Or a small sheet? The sheet that was on my tow hook cover fell off :(
