Got tired of the gunmetal on polished look... Took a risk and tried something totally different.

Color is called Malbec Illusion, and it is a two stage powdercoat. The color change between indirect/overcast lighting and direct sunlight is ridiculous.

Hopefully will make it out wednesday if there is some nice weather and I can get them mounted up before then.

20x11 +52 rear
20x9.5 +38 front

Yeah, that is really cool. It looks similar to the Infiniti Dark Currant paint color, but this is more pronounced in day/light.

Strip/blast $650 (3 piece forged wheels and bolts... Ouch)

Two stage Powdercoat $500

Powder $200

I was surprised to see the color change... there is no photo editing in any of those pictures.

Update:

My normal shop was busy for a few days so I took my rims into urban-X south... they got me in immediately, swapped my TPMS sensors from my old Vossens (on my buddies A5) and did a deadly job with the swap and balance!
