Looking for property manager

Looking for a property manager to manage and look after my side-by side duplex. Any leads and recommendations from beyond members?
I would prefer to stay away from big management companies as they are more interested in multiunit apartments. Property is located in NW Calgary. Thanks.

We currently use signature alliance for our appartment building and they seem to be pretty good so far. Not sure if they do residential though...
