His name is the only one more annoying than Dr Phil and Oprah. Hoping one day that franchise will go away. You don't become as rich as Oprah without whoring out product for money. These people don't believe in the shit they sell, though it sounds like Dr Oz has started to believe his own lies.

:drama:

It's a TV show. People are butt hurt that americans are fat and it's somehow his fault for the "false hope" he gives them? If only the truth got as good of ratings. But I guess "You're fat, lazy and self destructive" doesn't captivate an audience very well.

This guy panders to fat women looking for an easy way out. Simple as that.

Any notes on what he was in the wrong for?
I only skimmed through and was it natural unlabeled things like coffee extract?

He started with some good advice when his show started but I guess he needed more and more bullshit to fill air time with so now he's going with snake oil advice.

People don't wanna hear the cold hard truth that there is NO secret or miracle supplement to weight loss. You eat less and you lose weight. Simple as that.

Eating not enough will make you gain weight. To lose weight without working out you need protein and fat but no carbs. That's the magic trick. Stop eating cake and doughnuts and bread and sugar and booze

No, it won't. If you end each day with a calorie deficit you will lose weight, plain and simple.

The worst part is that he was actually a respected medical practitioner before becoming some snake oil shill. Happy he got called out. Peddling "Miracle Weight Loss Coffee beans" LMAO.

There are numerous studies now, people fed very low calorie diets, 1500 in a high fat, high protein, high carb group.

Protein and fat lost weight. Carb groups gain.

The "calorie is a calorie" folklore has finally died.

Can you please post links to said studies (or PM them to me) I am interested in reading them. Particularly I am interested in the composition of the people making up the test group.
