We are looking to sell our 2000 sq ft. commercial bay in Black Diamond, AB (30 mins south of Calgary)
It was previously used as a wood working shop and is full of high end equipment including a professional paint booth.
We have had a hard time finding a reliable real estate agent that deals with these sorts of properties.
