edit: also probably worth mentioning: When I had bought it, it came shipped with Mountain Lion so I just upgraded to Mavericks on my own.

the MacBook Air is now wiped factory fresh and will come with Mountain Lion installed. I decided to leave the setup up to the buyer if he/she wants to do the Mavericks upgrade on his/her own Apple ID.

I can also complete the upgrade upon request
