Long story short this guy has been parking in my parking stall for past couple of days. I keep leaving notes and issue persists. How do I get this car ticketed and or towed. I really don't want to get the car towed just ticketed to be honest.

Who do I contact? And Yes I do have the papers stating that this is my parking stall.

Pull the plate off and call it in. His car will be towed, and he'll have to fight to get it back. From there? he wont do it again.

CPA for sure. I had someone doing this with one of my parking stalls and CPA ticketed and towed the car IIRC.

Depends if his lot is managed by CPA or not, I believe anyways. Normally I wouldn't call for a tow (you'll need to provide proof of ownership of the stall), but clearly this person has no respect. Call and get them towed. That is, of course, after throwing 2-3 nails under the tires. Just make sure to clean up any loose ones before you park there again

Get 2 jacks and a buddy. Jack up the car from front and back and just push car to new location for ticket.

Or give some homeless guy $50 to smash their windows and take a shit in the car.

Heck, maybe he can't read English.

Anyway, people are very sensitive when it comes to their vehicles, and you have no idea of this persons state of mind.

Whatever you do, consider the possible consequences.

Just call the CPA.

-------

So, he has a few notes, from the parking spot owner, asking to move the vehicle.

Stealing the plate off, with notes in hand, expedites the police investigation.

I think i understand your frustrations with not wanting him towed, last thing you want to do is piss this asshole off because its your own spot which you park in. If he's that big of a douche to ignore notes then who knows what this guy would do to get back at you. A little bit of vandalism is sometimes a good thing but in this situation it would be the worst possible thing he could do.

I had this issue once. I ended up double parking them for 2 days.

Led to a heated exchange, but I never had the problem again.

(Westpark lot. They refused to help)

If CPA doesn't manage it, you can call a regular towing company and prove it's your spot and have vehicle removed.
2 notes, more than fair.

hey guys just a heads up, got a chance to talk to the culprit (looked like a big biker guy) got it all sorted out he seemed understanding hopefully. I did let him know that if he does it again I'll have to take actions. We'll see what happens, I took down the license plate number just in case something "happens" to my car.

If he was so understanding he would of stopped parking there after the first note...... It's just an act and you're too nice, if you see the car again don't hesitate to get rid of it.
