Where's the best place to rent a carpet cleaner these days? The majority of ones I see at the grocery stores are ridiculously dirty and don't seem to be maintained.

..we also ended going the neatfreak route, and will go back to them if we ever need it again.

Forget about the carpet cleaning machines you see in stores. Those are akin to "Car tune up in a can".

I got one from Rogers Rent All

I got one from the co op in wentworth. Machine was in good shape and cleaned the small section i needed to do.

I got one at the Safeway in Airdrie. Did a great job and was in good shape.
