Real estate agent that deals with US properties

As the title states I'm looking for info/real estate agent on purchasing a property in the states. I know it can get kind of complicated for Canadian residents so I'd like some guidance.

Location that I'm interested in is Scottsdale, will not be a rental, it will be used as a vacation home.

Absolutely! Have an Arctic beyond reunion, from -37 to +37. Grotto may be a stretch but pool will definitely be available.
