Cookie Jar. I think it's oreo, cookie dough, and chocolate chips? Only some locations seem to do it, it's not on the menu.

But cookie dough was always a favorite.

I remember once they used to have a blizzard called Grape Explosion and they put grape flavored pop rocks into it.

They used to do Turtle blizzards and I would always get another bit of caramel on top.

:werd: When if first came out, there was fudge in it too, but since it's not an official menu item anymore they stopped putting it in.

I haven't had a blizzard in years because it's too expensive for what it is (and McFlurries are fucking gross :barf: ), but when I did, mint oreo never let me down.

Well, until the bottom quarter when I started to get grossed out haha

Yeah, my friend at U of C did it all the time. He was charged less too. Was basically a cone, but in a cup.

My favorite is Banana Split. Yum..

The sell tubs of the soft serve in the freezer. I used to buy it, stick it in the mixer at home and toss nerds in there.

Of all the Blizzards I've eaten, why have I never thought of adding a different flavor???

They have a great deal sometimes, combo with dessert for $6 and you can upgrade the sundae to a small blizzard for $1 extra. Awesome deal

Dairy Queen ice cream f*&king rocks. Of course, its not ice cream, but ice milk to be exact, but whatever.

For the price, it is tough to beat. Sure, I prefer marble slab at the end of the day, but marble slab is as expensive as all hell. And DQ is tasty as f*&k.

To even bring up mcdonalds fake ice cream shit in a DQ thread is sacrilege! :whipped:

My absolute favorite thing there is the Buster Bars. I mentioned to a young dude that was working there that they should do a Buster Bar Blizzard, kid says "We do, it s just not on the menu". Well fuck me. Anyways, salty peanuts, chocolate fudge, and crunchy chocolate pieces. I haven't ordered anything else at a DQ in years.

Ya every once and awhile I'll run into someone that doesn't know about it, but I just give them the short ingredient list and tell them to whip it up. :love: omg, you beat me to this. My favourite too, then 3 weeks ago found out they axed mint-Oero. So now it's just small chocolate fudge Sundae plus peanuts (cheaper than ordering peanut buster parfait, and subconsciously less calories than full size P.B.P, my version of budget baller when at DQ) That shit's expensive now $$$$$$$

How do you family of 4's leave a DQ without dropping at least $50-60?

Jeez, I haven't had a blizzard in ages, which is weird, I fucking love those things. Super awful for you though, once you look at the "nutrional" info it really killed my desire to have them.

Easily for two years I bet I had one a week. Another issue is they are so fucking expensive for some friggin ice cream :nuts:

I'm with HiTemp. Haven't had a blizzard in at least a year. Used to have them weekly. Health reasons and then cost are the two factors.

It's not even categorized as ice cream, they legally have to call it ice milk :rofl: And ridiculously expensive ice milk at that.

I like Cookie Jar (Oreo's and cookie dough), but usually make them at home now. Less calories and less expensive.

side note, DQ had a Buy one get one free promo last month on dilly bars/ice cream sandwiches. Stocked up on 24 sandwiches (2x 12 packs) for about $16. not a bad deal except for the fact my wife bitching at me for bringing more junk food in the house while she's trying to lose a few pounds after pregnancy :poosie:
