look at the hikvision cameras on aliexpress, specifically this store:

ive had good luck with them. there are a few hikvision cameras that would meet your need. i have one of the q1755 cameras at work, and its only 720p and the zoom is manual. if you go with a smaller bullet, you can always just swap lenses to get the zoom effect. some of the hikvision cameras have a motorized zoom that works through the web interface.

thats is the exact place i got my 6 camera setup from. I messaged after i had all item in cart. was then given $40 off and free shipping with DHL(another $50 when all added up). One camera was not in stock. i got all cameras to my door in 8 days including waiting for one cam to come in stock. which i thought was incredibly fast
and $25 at the door on a $950 purchase was way nicer then ups rape fees.
