Well, for the people who didn't know SCO is a company claiming they own intellectual property that exists in Unix and Linux and is suing everyone and their dogs.

The latest suit is against DaimlerChrysler

The PDF of the lawsuit can be found here. (http://i.i.com.com/cnwk.1d/pdf/ne/2004/DCComplaint.pdf)

I just want to know what people on here that are active within the computing industry think about this. :)

Discuss away! ;)
