I am a doing an HR internship right now, and I am thinking of getting a CHRP associate membership and study for the NKE exam. I don't have a degree/diploma/certificate in HR. (I have a degree in Economics). I want to know what would be the best way to study for the NKE exam? and is it worth of getting the CHRP designation?
