Hey guys, Im posting this on behalf of a friend.
For rent is a single bedroom of a two story Duplex in the SE, if you dont know where Queensland is, its just south of DouglasDale, right off of Canyon Meadows. Its literally 50 feet from a well used Bus stop, so buses come every 20 minutes max. So if you dont have a car? thats fine, its very possible to use public transit at this location. So you'll have your own room, but the living room and everything else is shared. There are two fridges, so you'll have your own space for your own groceries. Food is separated entirely, you pay for your own food, and thats that.
Rent? $600 plus 1/3 of utilities. Cable is paid for. You'll be sharing this with two other guys in their mid 20's, both are very clean and quite normal. One of them works up in Fort Mac so is gone for two weeks on, two weeks off. The other one works late nights at a pub 6 days a week, so you'll often have the place to yourself. Both are very cool, fun guys, so you have nothing to worry about. Rent is due on the 1st of every month.
Parking? In the front on the street and out back in the alley. Preferably one car only please, two may be negotiable, as parking is tight with X number of vehicles in the area already.
There will be a $600 damage deposit. Please note: Having friends over is one thing, so long as their well behaved, as in, no drunken/ typical teenage retards. No full on loud music or drugs are allowed. Just be very respectable of everybody else, and you'll be fine.
Pets/Kids? negotiable as they have dogs & a cat, smoking? Fine, outside.... as there is no smoking inside the house. Absolutely no kids
Possession date? Probably Sept 1st.
