Would you settle of a 96-00 USDM/CDM with a tach?

^Just want one in kms not miles, with the higher Red Line like the EK4 SiR and 99-00 SiRs have.

I have one with KMs with a tach

but i'm pretty sure it has a lower redline
cuz it was from a D16y7 engine
