Reminds me of this documentary I watched awhile back, more about helping the lowest of the low in India (the caste system is absolutely fked imo, like thousands of years and that system still exists?) by creating proper facilities.

Sit down toilets exist in Asia, but yeah the squatters were a culture shock for me, when I went at about 7 years old (before that was as a baby) I had no clue how to use those things, my little brother cried because he refused to shit without a proper toilet :rofl:
