Volvo S60 AWD???

Ive seen a couple of these 2004 S60 AWD's for 4-5000, I'm considering one as a winter beater. Cheap little sedan with AWD, cant find a decent one for this price with Subarus or Audis.... Seems like an older, conservative crowd owns these so I assume theyre well taken care of...but is there anything I should be aware with these cars? Any major problem that are common?

Had an 07 2.5T that I drove for about 45000 kms. Only problem I had was a re-occurring coolant leak but it was a minor problem mostly. Great in the winter, even on all seasons. Not sure of any common issues but when something does go, parts are expensive and hard to find.
