WTB: 15x7 4x100 rims, B series header

Hey looking for a b series header.

Also looking for a CHEAP set of 15x7 4x100 wheels, condition doesn't matter as long as they're not bent.

What do you mean by CHEAP? I'd let go a set of rims I have that have never been used, but there are less expensive options in kijiji.

The set on my black Civic is 15x6.5, got them for $100. The set on my red Integra is 15x7, got them for $100, had to strip and re paint them. Nothing worthwhile on Kijiji at the moment though, so trying here.

Just looking for something that will look good from 10 feet away, like those two sets do.
