Had anyone ever tried diy hail damage fixing? Ive just read about the heat up and dry ice method seems easy but how effective is it. .. and what about some other diy methods?... this would be for a 2011 Mazda 3 so doesn't have to look completely new just less noticeable.

You can try compressed cans of air turned upside down too ..... we had some old hail damage but it didnt do a heck of a lot because of the age of the dents .... they have to be pretty fresh

Not sure about hail but for really small dents, using an air compressed can and spraying it upside down and leaving it on there for a minute or two sometimes does the trick.

Ok Im just wondering it just doesn't seem like rocket science but I guess it's a lot harder than it sounds. ... makes sense that guys like TomCo would make a killing. ... Good skill to learn!
