Pffft...Consumers reports. As said a million times is great for reviewing appliances....not cars!

Like the IS Lexus is such a huge miss ....ugly to some, but I don't think it should be on that list.

Interesting. I think the MDX is a bit odd on the list but whatever.

As for the IS i have never liked them but if what their review says is true then i think it definitely belongs there...

No problem with that list.

I think they say IS250 is a miss. Not the whole IS line. But IS is definitely bottom of the heap compared to a now 7 year old A4 and the new C and mid life 3.

Keep in mind that the IS250 and IS350 are far from the same car. I picked the 350 over the 335, C350, etc.

I've driven IS250's and if that was my experience with the IS I'd write it off too...

I knew before entering this thread that the Fiesta ST would be on the hit list.

^I'd rather get a Nissan Micra at that point. Also $9,998 which doesn't include a $2,500 discount and beats the Mirage at pretty much every thing imaginable.

:werd:

I sat in both at the car show and the Micra blows the Mirage out of the water.

It looks better both on the outside and inside, roomy cabin, and well equipped for a starter.

I agree. Not to mention the Mirage at the auto show was in Plasma Purple :barf:

There is a huge difference between how the IS250 and IS350 perform.

Oh yea. I have a 250 today as my IS is getting its 1,600km initial service done and holy shit... I'd be absolutely choked if I dropped 35-45k on one.

Slow. SLOW. SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOW.
