Hey to whoever drives a Black Acura RSX who got hit-and-run tonight September 25, 2014 at Bubblemania / Shibuya around 10PM. I witnessed it and have more information. PM for details.

God I hate that parking lot, I park in the residential area whenever I'm going there at a busy time because of how bad it is. Props for trying to help out

I assume you already called the cops and provided all the relevant information to them as well? Did they actually try to do anything about it?

I witnessed a hit and run a couple years back and tried to give a statement to the cops and they wouldn't have it. I called the non-emergency line and they told me I'd have to remain at the scene and they'd send a cop car out when one was free.... yeah, it was at a train station on my way to work, can't do that! So I tried visiting a police station later that night and the guy told me that since all the cars were gone there was no point and he wouldn't call the owner of the car that got hit to pass on any of the information.

Yes, I called the police and they did take down the information and gave me a file number. However, unless the victim comes forward and files a report, nothing is going to happen.

Did you leave a note on the windshield of the rsx?? Chances are they will not see this thread...

^ no but this is beyond.ca. Even if the vehicle owner isnt on the board - chances are someone on the board knows the owner

It's a tight space with giant SUV's parking on the angle stalls so if you're not paying attention, it's easy to clip something.
