viruses popping up left right and center. i'm not opening any programs, and not looking at any porn, but my norton antivirus keeps telling me that viruses are being found. shit, my other comp got fucked up pretty bad. the guy who fixed it said i was getting up to 3000 files opened up at a time because it was over-run by so many viruses. comp has only been on for 1hr and already i have the trojan and..... ahhh fuck, i forgot the other one. what the hell am i supposed to do?

things i did
1)tried opening msn. told that i needed to upgrade. upgraded. comp forced to shut down
2)opened up IE. went on beyond, 780tuners, and preludepower
3)dl'ed calgarycivics video

all within an hour or so. already two viruses.

I haven't been able to use my computer all day - My computer is unbelievably slow today after installing imesh! Are there any fixes for this problem? I cannot navigate whatsoever, it's wayyyy to slow. I've already run spybot and ad-aware.

Sounds like you would be fine if you:

A) Disable the viruses upon startup
B) Reboot into safemode with networking, do all your windows updates*
C) Work to perminantly disable the infected files on your pc
D) Uninstall and reinstall norton and run live update.

Make sure all the while your checking your running processes, keep an eye out for any suspecious ones. End the ones you find.
