Office space for rent monthly / hourly

I cant be the only small business owner in Calgary who occasionally wants to work outside their home office, probably 4-5 days a month.

All I need is a cube/desk with a window.
Location, within the city.
Price, less that 500$ a month.

From looking around the internetz, nothing seems to jump out. Some hourly rentals but 99% arent.

Am I overlooking something obvious?

What about just popping into a coffee shop here and there for an hour or two break?

Or even just go find a hotel, they sometimes have nice work spaces that are open (or the area where the breakfast is in the morning)

Rooms start at 120$ a day :dunno:
I would only need it from 9 -5pm anyways ....

I contacted REGIS, they run virtual offices around the world and rent out space locally. About 300$ a month gets you in 5 days a month (60$ /day).

I've tried libraries, coffee shops.... I guess those are fall back plans.

Western Corporate Business Centre has part time cubicle space in Suncor Energy Centre, if you are looking for slightly outside of DT (which is cheaper) your options are The Commons listed above or Accelerator YYC in Inglewood.

Don't know who runs it, but 638 11th Ave SW on the second floor is pretty much what you're looking for. Can rent offices and board room.
