I don't work for the Herman Miller dealer anymore so I don't have the same ability to get people discounts like I used to. How does the quality of the knock-off compare with the real and very pricy original?

I can definitely tell the difference. Some I've seen are really bad...some are ok. The nice thing about Eternity Modern is that they have a great return policy.

They definitely aren't like the originals but they do the job. You will always have better quality leather on an original piece.
