Hi there,

Looking for a policy for a rental property in BC.

Can you help with this?

Any brokers on here cover BC?

Thanks,

Just go to any insurance agency where your rental property is, or in bc. Minimum coverage is 30k I believe. I was paying $30/mo for it in a condo.

I think he's looking for building insurance, not contents. i.e. He's the building owner, not the tenant.

I'm looking for home owners insurance, for a house I own and rent out.

My primary insurer does not cover BC.

I tried HUB insurance, they quoted my almost 2x what I was paying with RBC.

Anyone have insurance company to suggest?

Thanks!
