I know the title is misleading and I didn't have a chance to get the name of the car.

It was driving down Richmond road yesterday and its a red car. Looks like it maybe a kit car but really hard to say. I think the car name or brand started with a C? And it had the license plate that said "Banned"

Anyone know anything about a vehicle like this?

Gonna need a better description that that. It could be anything from a Red Chevrolet Cobalt to a red Chevrolet Corvette to a Red Ferrari California to a Red Porsche Cayman...

Yeah it was a really neat spotting. Doubt there would be too many of them around.

When I saw it, it looked to be built on a Fiero chassis.

I doubt it, they aren't exactly a high priced car. Would cost more to make a kitcar than to actually buy an original.

History on these cars is quite interesting. But by no means is it a kit car.

Yea, built for endurance racing. They went fuel efficiency vs big power, and it did quite well for a bit in the 80's.

Super cool that someone is driving one, I think they were only sold in the US.
