Much better then the garbage their selling right now. Last time I checked out a CRV i lost mega respect for Honda. Who in their right mind would actually purchase these recent CRV's? anyone check them out lately? I wouldnt drive it if they gave it to me for free. interior & exterior, but esp their interiors.

I liked the 2012 CR-V I test drove several times while shopping. A little cheap on the inside, but a good size, well featured, and could use a bit more power. Not hard to see why they are so popular though.

The same people who buys CRV are the same ones that buys Civic, Corolla, Camry and Accord and think they are the best thing since slice bread.

A loaded CRV is like $38K. I can get a pretty good 2.0T Santa Fe for that kind of dough.

The Accord really is a good car. It's a little bland but it's 4 and 6-cyl engines are amongst the best in class and although the interior is busy it's generally higher quality than the competition. The Civic, Corolla, Camry, RAV4 and CRV are just good middle of the road cars that carry reputations that exceed the product. There's nothing bad about a CRV outside of the styling but there's also nothing really great about it much like the other cars listed although the new RAV4 borders on mediocre-bad.

I owned a 2012 CRV exl. It did everything good. But it was the most boring car to drive. Which is not the main reason people buy them I guess haha
Good on gas, awesome in winter, awesome quality.

I would consider another one but I can't take that rear. Side profile the rear looks like a afterthought. "People want more trunk space let's just raise the back." It looks soo odd to me.

Yup, the element would have been long traded in for a CRV but the brutal rear roof line & window shape is just awful.

It looks like this one is a prettied up CRV for photo taking and so forth. The Honda website shows more or less the same boring styling that we all know and love.

The HR-V we are getting is based on the Fit.

The Crossroad is based on Civic which is a replacement for HR-V in Asia.

If the rear wheels don't kick in when the front wheels are spinning what situation do they ever work? If only one of the front wheels spins maybe?

Well that is disappointing, was looking for a new car for my parents to downsize and replace their XC90 and this was definitely on the list.
