Can't say I've come across something like this before. Antlers on the roof, wooden spoiler attached to two hockey stick blades, all mounted to the trunk with angle iron. Quite the home job, even had something spray painted on the front doors, something like "egg fresh racing" I can't quite remember. Excuse the dirty windshield.

Clearly cav owner is poking fun at the ricer crowd..I hope

Hey. This isn't rice. It's race! This guy was at autocross a few weeks back. Pretty sure he came in last!

EDIT: 46 out of 49 in raw time. 26 out of 49 in PAX.

EDIT3: Unfortunately I lost my video of these slack-jawed yokels racing but I have the above shot of their car.

I love it when I know they were laughing their asses off while installing it.

Hahahaha... I thought this thread was going to be about that yellow Cav with the body kit, decals, wing that always ripping around Red Deer.

Blackfalds eh Bruce? You hit the 597 and 2A intersection lots? Whats your thoughts on a roundabout there?

I've come across that car you're speaking of as well.

Yeah Blackfalds is where I live. I hit that intersection all the time when I'm on days off but NEVER at peak times(early morning/end of the normal work day). A roundabout would definitely work there but no one knows how to use them, so it would end up being useless in the end haha. That and a lot of big, long trucks come through there as well, they'd have to build an accommodating sized roundabout and the space they have there wouldn't be enough without building a larger intersection there altogether.

Sorry to derail the thread everyone.

I'm in Blackfalds too Bruce! I just got a response from Alberta Transportation on the roundabout today. The final design isn't done yet but the plan is a two lane roundabout... should make things interesting. They say its going to tender right away and hopefully finished by fall 2015 but I'm not holding my breath. I also undertand that there will be detour contruction as well... there pretty much would have to be some sort of bypass around the construction with the amount of traffic seen at that intersection.
