Seeing what you guys got on the go for home gym setups. Maybe you guys have ideas for cheap/ portable solutions.
I have a talisman and goodlife pass but this is what I'm currently working with, not really my home but I work on the road and this is my home away from home setup:
Includes:
curl bar
tension bands
trx bands
dumbells (10-40lb + 55lb adjustibles)
adjustable bench
ab roller
medicine ball
yoga mat
kettle bell
Not the best setup but it covers almost all the basics and I just have to do a lot of high rep, low weight and body weight exercises, but there's only so much I can carry with me.

Always jealous of everyone's nice new equipment. I work in fancy houses with gorgeous gyms, separate dumbells, new benches...mine is all ugly-ass, rusted, 20 year old equipment set up in in my less than stellar garage. My dumbells can go up to 105's and they have the quick-connect spring collars just like the Olympic bar...but I still have to change them for every different weight.
Although I did get a nice eliptical this year and it's set up in the spare bedroom with a tv right there.

I love that set up Stevelou.
All I have is a rouge OLY bar, platform and some hi temp weights. I need to buy a half cage but i really dont have the room for anything like that yet.

I got it from the rogue canada website. I think they have a wall mount version as well. I have it mounted on the wall vs the ceiling and it works fine.

Yeah, just hard to grab another set of adjustable weights when I already have a set.

Just get a stand. Racks take up to much space
