what does this mean..this pop up occurs only on some sites..

it really pisses me off cause it always happens when im browsing the calgary flames forums.

i've never had this problem before now it just occurs.
everytime i click a link, it pops up.

Just go to options in IE and click default. It should make it go away. I always get that when I install VB or have my IE options messed around with.
