Searched for a while.... Can't find what I am looking for.

Aluminum or some kind of metal enclosure
Docking capabilities
Keyboard needs a number pad
15.6", 1920x1080 (anti-glare don't care)
i5 Processor at least (not picky)
8gigs or more of ram
At least 7200RPM HDD, mSATA port would be sweet addition
Dedicated Gfx Card
Blu-ray, DVD/RW Optical Drive
At least 3x 3.0 USB ports
HDMI, VGA, SD Slot, Ethernet, the basics.
9-Cell Battery

Closest I came is a custom ThinkPad T540p, but its not metal enclosure.

What are you going to be using it for? I was going to say surface pro but that meats almost none of your requirements :rofl:
I was choosing between a surface pro 2 and macbook pro and ended up with the MBP but it only meets your cpu, ram, hdmi, sd requirements but it is aluminum!
