Hey guys.

I was at the UC Campus Cove today, and I left my backpack in the StarTrek machine ... since nobody plays it.

Then I went to walk around, mostly at Guilty Gear, and when I went back to check on my bag, it was open and my laptop was missing.

This was around ... 3:00 - 4:00PM today.

It's a Sony VAIO R505EL ... purple in color.

If anybody sees or hears about someone who has one and wants to sell it, can you please leave me a message?

Thanks. I would really like to have my laptop back ...

I can't believe people have the balls to do that.

When I was at U of C way back when, I went to the washroom in the library. someone riffled through my bag and stole my $350 HP calculator.

Sorry to hear about your loss. Nothing is sacred anymore. Fucking thieves.:banghead:

It might be covered under your home insurance policy. Give them a call.

They have cameras there ... but, there are no tapes to record the feed.

I asked already ...



As for insurance ... I'm not sure yet, I don't want to divulge this to my parents just yet.

Not everyone has good intentions. Be more careful next time and don't leave valuables lying around.

Yea, most likely I won't recover it ...

Not the greatest loss ... but still.

I'll probably sell my dock off to someone, or try ebay, then save some money up to buy a new one.

This time, I'll tape it to myself to discourage would-be thieves ...

Possibly, my laptop had to be added to the insurance its very little a month, i would say its worth it. Call and ask your insurance company lots of times things taken out of the house for school are coverd.
