Work has me a couple hours outside of Regina and looking like it for the rest of the season so instead of driving home between shifts I'm thinking of flying. Just wondering if anyone has gotten a package deal of some sorts with either AC or WJ, if it worked well, priced out well, etc.

You can prepurchase 10 flights from Air Canada for about $3700. Good for one year, travel between bc,alta, sask, man and western usa.

Not sure how much of a savings that would be over a normal flight though.

10 one way? or 10 round? 10 round may not be so bad depending on where?

I hope roundtrip.
10 rountrip Calgary-Vancouver for $370 each sounds like regular airfare. does it have blackout dates?

That's 10 one way. It's a savings for longer flights. Not so much for short hauls. They offer a variety of packages on the site though between varying regions.

No blackout dates, but can only be used on "Flax" fares. The first ones to sell out. So last minute travel is tough on popular routes.

Average one-way from Calgary <-> Regina seems to be ~$270 w/ tax. That's rather unfortunate. I checked the website and they don't really accommodate these things very well it seems. That an the ongoing sales their offer, seems better to just book last-minute as planned.

I can't even find anything like this on Westjet's website, so I guess that settles that lol.

Yea but they're probably Flex fares, not el-cheapo tango tickets.

The 10 flight pass is a rip. No savings at all imo.

Priced it out for going from alberta to new brunswick, the flight pass saved me about a hundred per trip average.
