Focus VS Fiesta

For those of you who bought recently how did you decide between the two ?

Can't say much about the Fiesta as I haven't driven one. As for the Focus I got one last September and I love it. I rented an automatic one in the states and it was good but gutless so I got the 5 speed (and also because I missed driving stick). On average in the city I get 35-40mpg and Highway is about 43-45mpg. One thing I'm not impressed with is that at 120kph it sits at 3100rpm so I wish it had a 6th gear. It is comfortable for long trips and plenty of room as its a hatchback and lots of fun to drive.

I feel like price would be a pretty big factor between the two considering they are in different segments. Can't chime in personally though.

Fiesta St wasn't available when I bought my focus St. But size is definitely a factor. The FiST can't seat 4 comfortably. That and cargo space was the deciding factor

Any particular forums that you guys would recommend on reading up on the Fiesta ?

Size for sure and more power.

I'd get a fiesta ST though if I had the extra coin too. Love how they look
