He's a great politician. Uses social media and jumps on just about anything he thinks makes him look good. But he sucks as a mayor.

Now, I'm not fan of nenshi, but out of curiosity, what exactly has he done wrong? Try to keep it to stuff that he's actually responsible for, and not just council in general?
